As introduced: - Creates the criminal offense of coercive suicide, which occurs when a person intentionally advises or encourages another person, who is known to have suicidal intent, to imminently commit suicide. - Extends criminal liability to the owner of an artificial intelligence system if the system advises or encourages a person to commit suicide and the owner knew or should have known of the system's capability and negligently permitted access. - Classifies the offense as a Class D felony.
