Requires notice to a consumer when AI is used to make an adverse determination. - Establishes a process for residential property insurance nonrenewals based on aerial imagery, requiring insurers to provide the image and a 60-day period for the consumer to rebut the findings or cure the issue. - Prohibits an insurer from selling or sharing aerial images or related underwriting determinations with another insurer without consumer consent.
