As enrolled: - Grants the Division of Consumer Protection authority to enforce the Generative Artificial Intelligence - Consumer Disclosures and Enforcement Act. (p. 15) - Requires a credit service organization to maintain a surety bond issued by a surety authorized to transact surety business in the state or a certificate of deposit in a financial institution in the amount of $100,000. (p. 37) - Amends information required to be provided in a credit services orgainization's registration application. (p. 39) - Establishes that a credit services organization's registration is effective for one year after the day on which the division issues the credit services organization's registration. (p. 41) - Amends the Division of Consumer Protection's authority to investigate conduct related to debt management services. (p. 114) - Establishes new registration and renewal requirements for transportation network companies. (p. 155) - Eliminates the Transportation Network Vehicle Recovery Fund. (p. 277)
